How do I use the inflatable system and included pump?

Use the included air pump to inflate through the dual nozzles at the back waistband. Pump until desired volume is reached. To deflate, open the nozzle valves and allow air to escape naturally, then close. Stockings provided should be worn under the trousers for comfort and ease of movement.
